Shipping & Duties
Free worldwide shipping ( around 1- 3 days) & taxes on all orders.
A shipping confirmation mail will indicate the tracking number as well as the estimate delivery time when the parcel has been picked up.
Le Kasha is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen parcels, kindly be mindful when providing your shipping details.
Returns
You may return unsuitable items that are in new condition - unworn, unwashed, within original packaging & tag attached within 7 days after arrival.
Please email us at customercare@lekasha.com with your order number, details, and reason of return for us to process your request.
Please note that any return without validation prior from our team will not be accepted.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs & taxes.
We are not liable for any lost or stolen merchandise incurred during return shipping and we therefore recommend providing tracking information with your shipment.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, please allow 3-4 business days for your return to be processed.
Your refund can only be credited back to the original form of payment.
A confirmation email will be sent when your refund has been processed.
Exchanges
Should you be interested in a different size or colour, please contact us at customercare@lekasha.com
We will send you the return label for the return.Shipping and taxes will be under our charge.
